H Inc announces the Motor Wheel Lofts. These Lofts are opening in the summer of 2006 and are in the old Motor Wheel factory building. The Lofts are extremely close to downtown.

1989
Urban Redevelopment of 113 Pere Marquette into loft apartment.

1992
Re-developed 619 East Michigan Ave. in the city of Lansing's Downtown community. This project was both a commercial renovation and a loft renovation.

1994
Re-developed 603 East Michigan Ave. This project was also a commercial and loft renovation.

1995
H Incorporated, in partnership with Clark Construction, began developing the 113 Pere Marquette Building into the Blue Coyote Brewing Co.

1996
Mr. Hepler purchased and began development on the Prudden Motor Wheel Building located on 725 East Saginaw Street in downtown Lansing. The project was a collaborative effort that was facilitated by Mr. Hepler (H Inc.), between the City of Lansing, the Department of Transportation and the Michigan EDC. Grand funds totaling $1.7 million dollars were appropriated and used for the construction of two new roads now known as Prudden Street and May Street.

1998
The commercial rehabilitation of the Prudden Motor Wheel Building, Phase I, commenced under the management of H Inc. and Mr. Hepler. The completed space renovation has since been leased to the Lansing Police Department's North Precinct and Capital Consultants Engineering.

1998
Mr. Hepler, in association with 212 East Grand River LLC, purchased Lansing's oldest manufacturing facility, then known as the Race Street Mill. Structural build-out of the facility began.

2000
Commercial rehabilitation of the Motor Wheel building, Phase II, was completed and the additional space has since been occupied by ACS State & Local Solutions.

2001
The Blue Coyote Brewing Company was dissolved and 113 Pere Marquette began its redevelopment into the JI Case Lofts. The building houses thirteen loft apartments which have been completed and are fully leased.

2003
All grant work under the State of Michigan Clean Water and River Front Clean-up Grant was completed at Race Street Mill, now known as 212 East Grand River, and has been leased to Clark Hill PLC.
